Don't buy junk food. Yes, this includes pop and chips!! Not only does junk food provide NO nutrition, but this is an extremely way to make you and your family fat and eventually kill you. This is one heck of a bad deal! Instead go for the fruits and vegetables.

Read the labels. Avoid items with hydrogenated oils, trans fat, saturated fat, high amounts of sugar, cholesterol, lots of sodium. Buy items with fiber, good fats, protein, vitamins, calcium.
